PROFILING MACHINE
Assambles the door leaf into which all the internal stiffeners are fitted to ensure controlled expansion in the event of a fire. Attaches a high-density compound fabric along with silicate glue and fireproof plaster panels protecting the lock.
PAINT LINE
Both the leaf and the frame are subjected to a controlled process involving degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, drying, electrostatic powder painting and polymerising (to dry the paint).
DOOR ASSEMBLY
: A manual process in which the leaf and the frame are assembled to form a door. The doors are assembled individually by hand to ensure the leaf and frame fit together properly.
FITTING OF VIEWERS AND
PRE-ASSEMBLY OF PUSH BARS
With specific templates for each type of bar or viewer. Rivet bushes are used to pre-assemble the push bars to make them easier to fit and ensure they last longer.
PACKAGING
Automatic palletising on a pallet holding 20 doors shrink-wrapped in plastic with a thickness of 30 microns to ensure their safe transport.
