The FIRESTOP doors are made of two 0.7 mm sheets of galvanized steel of S250 GDMA, insulated with high density 51 mm rock wool of Rockwool or Saint Gobain.

We use epoxy powder 120 microns coating RAL 7038 colour or pre-lacquer sheets finished in any RAL colour, or covered with decorative foil imitating wood or INOX.

HINGES

Authorised as per DIN 18272 requirements per leaf, one that is activated by means of a torsion spring with semi-automatic closure and the other that is driven.

FRAME

Profile of 1,5/2 mm steel, in a Z-shape, with thermal bridge interruption, for standard doors. We also have another 1.5/2 mm thick steel that adapts to any thickness of wall.

ANTI-LEVER PIVOT

A 16 mm Ø steel rivet between the hinges that is housed in the frame on closing the door.

LEAF

Two sheets of galvanized steel joined with a flange overlapping the entire perimeter.
51 mm thick, high-density rock wool insulation.

PAINT

The leaves and the frame are oven painted with a grease removing preparation, phosphated, washed with demineralised water, dried and polymerised at 180° powdered paint in colour RAL 7038.

HANDLE AND LIGHT BULB

Fireproof non-stick handle as per DIN 18273 requirements. With steel centre that reaches as far as the lever and the plate. Fireproof metallic light bulb.

LOCK

Fireproof, reversible inlay lock, which in the synthesized steel latch, supports temperatures greater than 900°.
